Thank you for your interest in joining our curated Christmas market. Complete all sections below. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — spots are limited, so apply early. We'll be in touch within 5–7 business days.

Date: December 17th
Venue: John Watlings Distillery (5-9pm)
Vendor fee: $125, which is due upon confirmation of acceptance. Payment details will be shared with your acceptance email.

Agreement & Submission

By submitting this application, I confirm that:

All products I sell at Handwrought are handmade, locally crafted, or meaningfully designed in the Bahamas.
I agree to display only the items listed and approved on my application. Any changes made without prior permission, or the inclusion of unapproved products, non-handmade or non-handcrafted items, will result in immediate removal from the market without refund.
I will maintain a display standard consistent with Handwrought's upscale aesthetic, including clean signage, professional presentation, and coordinated décor where applicable.
I will arrive no later than 1 hour before the market opens for setup, and will not begin breakdown until the market has officially closed.
Vendor fees are non-refundable once confirmed. In the event of cancellation, I agree to provide a 72 hour notice.
I give Handwrought permission to photograph and share images of my display and products on social media and marketing materials.
I understand that Handwrought is not responsible for inclement weather, and if such should occur a refund will not be provided.

Indemnification

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of Handwrought — The Shoppable Holiday Promenade from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to the Vendor's operations during the above mentioned event.

Acceptance is not guaranteed — all applications are reviewed and curated to ensure a high-quality, diverse vendor mix.
